Founded in 2019, we’re committed to supporting women coffee professionals by inspiring, empowering and connecting women through local and regional engagement.
 

USWIC is a chapter member of the larger International Women’s Coffee Alliance. Our goal is to empower women in the international coffee community to achieve meaningful and sustainable lives; and to encourage and recognize the participation of women in all aspects of the coffee industry. Educating and empowering women throughout the coffee supply chain ensures we are building a more sustainable future for women across the globe. 

In 2022/2023, we are building tremendous momentum, fundraising, and volunteer interest in our organization with women who are seeking to connect, grow, and learn from the many women in coffee who have been making a difference in this industry for decades.
